Grounding Thru Groundwork
Grounding Through Groundwork uses experiential interaction with horses to encourage mindfulness, emotional awareness, confidence, trust, and personal growth. Through groundwork exercises, relationship-building, and non-riding equine experiences, participants are encouraged to slow down, remain present, and develop meaningful connection in a calm and supportive environment.
Horses naturally respond to human energy, emotion, and communication, creating powerful opportunities for self-awareness, regulation, and experiential learning.

Finding Stable Ground Again
Grounding Through Groundwork creates opportunities for emotional regulation, confidence-building, mindfulness, and meaningful connection through experiential interaction with horses. Unlike traditional riding lessons, groundwork focuses on relationship, communication, trust, awareness, and presence.
Horses naturally respond to human emotion and energy in real time. Through calm, relationship-centered interaction, participants are encouraged to slow down, remain present, build confidence, and reconnect with themselves and others in a safe and supportive environment.
Programs may support youth, veterans, neurodivergent individuals, and community members navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm.
